CIB Moderator & St. Scholastica Monastic Congregation President

I have had excellent experience with Benedictine Tech Ministries and plan to continue to use them in the future. In fact, I already have them booked for my next international meeting of Communio Internationalis Benedictinarum (CIB) which will be held in Assisi, Italy. Their first "official" work as Benedictine Tech Ministries that I was involved in was our hybrid 2023 CIB Conference of Delegates meeting held in Cullman, Alabama. However, I had previous experience with one of the team members, Michelle Sinkhorn of Ferdinand, on a few different occasions. I first experienced her expertise in handling a fully virtual meeting of the Conference of Benedictine Prioresses. It was seamless and worked so well.  As a result of that experience, I invited Michelle to manage our fully virtual CIB meetings in 2021 and 2022.  Then she also handled our hybrid CIB meeting in Rome in 2022.  At our 2023 CIB meeting in Cullman, both Michelle Sinkhorn and Tamra Thomas worked together and managed a number of difficult situations during the meeting, and they did it with grace and great expertise. They have all the equipment they need and know how to transport it either in flight or by car.  I can't recommend them highly enough. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about their work with the organizations I've been involved in: lynnmckenzieosb@gmail.com.

As a Zoom participant of the CBP 2024, I wish to extend my special thanks to Sr. Michelle and Benedictine Tech Ministries for all you have done to contribute to an excellent virtual experience of the CBP meeting. I felt very much included throughout the entire days of meetings. Thanks so very much!

The Benedictine Tech Ministries did a very professional job at the Conference of Benedictine Prioresses meetings. In my experience participating through Zoom  does not compare to being present in person. However, BTM’s technological  expertise made it as close to comparable as is possible. Kudos to Benedictine Tech Ministries.

I'm privileged to be a member of the same community as Sister Tamra Thomas, and we have ben benefitting from her technical expertise for several years. I'm thrilled that this group has come together so that more of our Benedictine monasteries can access skilled technology support for major meetings. I recently attended the Conference of Benedictine Prioresses at Beech Grove, Ind., where Sister Michelle Sinkhorn looked after our technology needs. It was a real gift because no one attending the conference had to worry about the Zoom or the microphones, etc. It all just happened! Sister Michelle took care of it all. Thank you, Tech Team, for a brilliant Benedictine service!
