With this new terminology has come many expectations on those who run meetings and conferences. People who attend meetings expect to be able to attend online. Others, however, are longing to get together and begin to again make face-to-face connections. Thus the invention of hybrid events.

Hybrid events sound like a great idea in thought but in reality such events come with a need for expensive equipment (cameras, microphones, and computers). These events also create many complications for those who need to tend to the people there in person. They are pulled in different directions, which can create much frustration both for the coordinator and the attendees.

Our solution is simple. One of the services of Benedictine Tech Ministries is running all the technology for your hybrid event. We will supply all the equipment needed as well as a technician to run the technology equipment. This way, your team putting on the event can focus on the  attendees and running a smooth and fruitful meeting or conference.

• Flat Rate Equipment Fee              $200

• Flat Rate Travel Fee*                   $800

• 10-25 Participants                        $300 / day

• 26+ Participants                           $400 / day
