Now that we are seemingly on the other side of the pandemic, many are going back to totally in-person meetings. This is a wonderful thing and many anticipate connecting again.

While this is a great thing, the technology for such a meeting can be a bit overwhelming. That is where we can help you. With our fully-integrated equipment kit, we can take care of your presenter, projecting, microphones, etc. so you can focus on the attendees and running a great meeting or conference.

In-Person Only Event Pricing:

• Technician Fee                      $300 / day

• Flat Rate Travel Fee*            $800

• Flat Rate Equipment Fee       $200
